How much does a holiday home cost?
We always have a wide selection of both new and quality pre-owned holiday homes and caravans to buy which are available at prices to suit every pocket. Our new holiday homes are supplied with an extensive manufacturer’s warranty, whilst our pre-owned units also benefit from a comprehensive guarantee.

What is the running cost for a holiday home?
You have an annual Site fee charge which is £3,250. In addition to this you will also need to pay for your Gas and Electricity which will vary depending on the usage.
Can we part exchange anything against a holiday home?
We accept the part exchange of any Holiday Home or Tourer
How many times can I visit my holiday home?
Owning your own holiday on a Fantasy Island Resort Park allows you to enjoy endless holidays from March to November.
Do we have to pay insurance?
Yes all Holiday homes have to be fully insured. Usual quotes are around £160 – £219 a year.
Do we have to council tax?
No, as your holiday home should not be your permanent residence.
Does our holiday home come with a guarantee?
All pre-owned Holiday Homes come with a 3 Month Warranty. All new Holidays homes warranties vary for different parts of your Holiday Home. Call our sales teams and they will be pleased to assist you with the additional information you may need.
Are dogs allowed?
We adopt a dog friendly environment and only ask that whilst you are walking on any of our parks you keep your dog on a lead at all times. The only dogs not allowed are any that are registered on the dangerous dog list. Also we restrict the total of dogs to a maximum of two.
What about car parking?
There is parking available on both our Parks.
Can I sublet my holiday home?
Yes you can on some of our parks but it is your responsibility and you must have third party Liability insurance in place.
